This is our Big Bad Blue AMX with a 390 ci engine and automatic transmission. There were only 195 Big Bad Blue cars ever produced. It has the "Go Pac", which includes
power front disc brakes, "Twin Grip" differential, heavy duty cooling and HD suspension. The car has saddle color leather interior, "Adjust-O-Tilt" steering column and
AM 8-track tape player. We just completed (10/1/07) a ground up restoration. This is one of 195 Big Bad Blue cars ever produced. We bought this car in 2006 from a
seller in Connecticut. Immediately after getting the car home, we media blasted the car to the metal, and started a complete restoration, to include refinishing every
nut and bolt to it's original plating. Many NOS parts were used in the restoration, including a very rare NOS R4B AM numbered Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold. The
car sits on repop 15" Magnum 500 wheels, however, we have the factory styled steel wheels in storage. I recently had the privilege of speaking with the person who
owned the car two owners back from me. He told me the car was purchased new by a woman in Rocky Mount, NC. She sold it to his father, who owned in until he passed
away. He had it for quite a few years and then sold it to the collector in Connecticut. That makes me the 5th owner of the car.
